Profile of Mai Yoneyama
Born in Nagano Prefecture, she is an animator and illustrator.
After participating as a key animator and character designer in anime works such as "Kiznaiver," "Kill la Kill," and "Promare," she began working as an illustrator in 2018 on official Evangelion projects like "RADIO EVA" and the "KATE Desire Series" (2022) package designs and advertisements.
She has also focused on personal projects, holding her first solo exhibition "SHE" in 2019.
Subsequent solo exhibitions "EGO" (2021) and "EYE" (2023) were also successful.
In 2022, as a creative director, she produced the "SSS Re\arise" exhibition for SSS by applibot, with which she is affiliated.
She has garnered attention from various media, including appearances in documentaries.
