Miki Yuseki 
Born in 1966 in Kokura, Kitakyushu City. Started oil painting in junior high school. 
After entering high school, studied under Mr. Yamaguchi Kagyuu and shifted to calligraphy. 
After graduating from university, expanded activities in the design field, creating calligraphy for packaging, sake labels, CD jackets, posters, and more. 
Currently exploring the role of calligraphy not only in Japanese-style spaces but also in everyday Western spaces. 
Working with the theme of modern calligraphy that is easy to understand with free thinking, without being bound by established practices.
