Sashiko Russian Rainbow Palace
A lovely kit, that I plan to make into a cushion front. The instructions are in Japanese, but with the aid of the pictures I was able to configure them.
Sashiko stitching is a traditional embroidery style from Japan.
These designs are inspired by traditional Russian embroidery, as well as Russian architecture and folk craftworks.
Kit includes: Tulip sashiko needle, Sashiko thread, Pre-printed blue cotton cloth, Instruction (in Japanese)
Finished size is approx. 34 x 34 cm
