Introducing the 1/700-scale model kit of the Japanese aircraft carrier Zuikaku from Fujimi, capturing the vessel's October 1944 appearance during Operation Sho-Ichi-Go. This model features flight deck parts with intricate pre-printed camouflage patterns, eliminating the need for painting.
- Special parts recreate the ship's final configuration, including an additional machine gun turret on the bow and the No. 21 radar.
- The hull is divided into left and right sections, with the bottom seamlessly integrated at the waterline.
- The exterior showcases finely carved electrical wiring and detailed engine room air intakes and sponson supports.
The flight deck is pre-painted with camouflage, comprising a single, seamless part.
- The elevator and windbreak are designed as separate components, allowing for versatile positioning.
- Delicate detailing captures expansion joints, wooden decks, and distinct patterns.
Some side sponsons are separate parts for precision, and the chimney features a two-piece design for depth.
- The final bow and stern machine gun setups include three seats, all recreated as separate parts.
- Key components from 1942 onwards, such as the No. 21 radar and the rocket launcher from Operation Sho-Ichi-Go, are included as special parts.
The model offers four types of aircraft:
- Zero Fighter Type 52

- Type 97 Carrier Attack Aircraft
- Tenzan
The kit includes two Zero Fighters and one of each other aircraft.
