- The 96-type 25mm machine gun has a two-piece configuration, and the gunmetal of the barrel and the hull color of the base are painted separately to make it easy to reproduce.
- The molding color of the carrier-based aircraft has been changed from clear to gray in consideration of workability.
- Comes with a decal that includes the Hinomaru of the carrier-based aircraft, the white line on the deck, and the national flag.
- Etched parts that can express details that are difficult to reproduce with injection parts are included.
- Etched parrs include handrails, boat davits, bridge window frames, etc.
