Product Description
1/700 Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier Zuikaku 1944 (with Etching Parts)
This product is modeled after the 1944 version, featuring additional triple anti-aircraft guns, Type 21 radar, and rocket launchers at the bow and stern. The flight deck is molded as a single piece, with elevators as separate parts. It accurately replicates features such as wooden deck patterns, deck joints, and the base of the arrestor wires. The windbreaks and Type 21 radar on the flight deck are also recreated as separate parts.
Included are four types of aircraft: two Zero Fighter Model 21, two Zero Fighter Model 52, two Type 97 Carrier Attack Aircraft, and two Tenzan Carrier Attack Aircraft. The aircraft parts include the main body, landing gear, tail gear, canopy, and propellers, with separate parts for weaponry such as bombs, depending on the aircraft model.
Delicate ship details that cannot be fully expressed with injection-molded parts are recreated with etching parts. These parts include handrails, ladders, catapults, smokestack railings, footrests, and flagpoles.
