Fujimi 1/700 Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier Amagi Genuine Etched Parts Plastic Model Kit

Introducing photo-etched parts specifically designed for the "Amagi," the second ship of the unique Unryu-class medium-sized aircraft carriers, known for simplified construction during wartime mass production.

This product is compatible with the 1/700 Special Series No.17 Japanese Navy Aircraft Carrier Amagi. The set includes two large sheets of etched parts. They primarily serve two purposes: adding features that cannot be achieved with molded parts and replacing sections by trimming some parts.

The delicate fittings of the ship, which are difficult to replicate with injection parts, are captured with etched parts. These include railings, ladders, Type 13 and 21 radars, arresting wires, elevators, and airplane propellers.

- Metal parts require painting. Depending on the bonding area, use instant adhesives or rubber-based adhesives for assembly.
