The Hankyu Electric Railway 2300 Series is a new model limited express train introduced on the Hankyu Kyoto Line in 2024. With the concept of "New Hankyu Style" focusing on safety, comfort, and environmental consideration, it maintains the traditional image of Hankyu trains while featuring a curved windshield design for a sense of speed. For the first time, Hankyu Electric Railway introduces a reserved seating service, designed according to the idea of a special train emphasizing "personal time" in the unique Hankyu style. Due to the pace of introducing additional 2300 series trains, some formations include vehicles from the existing 9300 series express trains.

- Comes without printed car numbers for compatibility with existing Hankyu Electric Railway 9300 series products. Includes a lettering sheet with car numbers compatible with previous models (including panel board numbers).
