The EF66 27 is the last remaining vehicle of the EF66 0 series, inherited from the Japan National Railways (JNR) to JR Freight. It underwent an update in September 2006 and was re-released in its original JNR color scheme, garnering attention as a locomotive. In March 2022, it was withdrawn from regular operation but remains registered without being scrapped.
The EF66 27, known for its continued service in its JNR color and high popularity, is now available in N gauge. Perfect for pulling various freight trains, including the simultaneously released "10-1871 KOKI102+103 'Kangaroo Liner SS60'."
