The E233 Series 6000 trains are primarily active on the Yokohama Line, as well as on express services directly connecting from Higashi-Kanagawa through the Keihin-Tohoku Line to Sakuragicho and Ofuna on the Negishi Line. These trains, introduced in 2014 as replacements for the 205 series, carry forward the Yokohama Line's color theme with dark and light green bands and feature the "YOKOHAMA LINE" logo prominently displayed on the front and sides.
