Easy to put together although a little bit fiddle. Tweezers required for some small parts. Does require glue. Instructions in Japanese but easy to understand diagrams. Doesn’t appear to contain any signs or transfers which are shown on leaflet. Kit makes two items. Suitable for Tomix and Kato track. Some trimming required though, for track to fit smoothly. All in all I would recommend this kit.
