Item is a plastic model kit and assembly is required (comes in painted parts and painting is not required).

- The design is based on the image of a simple signboard building built after the war.
- Glass parts entrance (3 types of selection) x 1 runner
- All walls are printed with colors that match the signboard architecture.
- Comes with a newly designed store sticker.
- For glass, cut out the attached PVC board according to each size and attach it from the back.
- The roof and base are molded in dark gray.
- The roof can be manufactured by selecting from 3 types each of straight and roof tiles.
