A machine developed based on "Project Z". It was originally planned as a transforming MS. Structural flaws were found, but due to its good performance in MS form, it was rolled out as a non-transforming machine.
It saw action as the machine piloted by Captain Quattro Bajeena during the Gryps Conflict.
