Class EF58 electric locomotive No. 150 belonged to the Miyahara Locomotive Works for a long time and was used on the Tokaido and Sanyo Honsen lines.
The locomotive was scrapped in 1986, but the following year, its registration was restored, the body was repainted brown, and it was used for pulling event trains, etc. In 2011, the locomotive was removed from the registry again.
In 2011, the locomotive was repainted back to its standard blue and cream colors, and is on display at the Kyoto Railway Museum.
