Shimomura ALEC - Shokunin Katagi: Hold Nippers (For Railroad Modeling)

A nipper with dedicated metal stoppers shaped onto the inside of the blades to prevent wires from flying off when cutting. It is not recommended to cut plastic with this nipper, and the stoppers are only designed to catch cut wires. However, it can also be used to cut zip ties, vinyl and nylon wire, and other miscellaneous threads.

 

Cutting Guide:

Plastic wire: Up to 2.0mm

Copper wire: Up to 1.2mm

Brass wire: Up to 1.2mm

Iron wire: Up to 0.8mm
