- Remove cases or covers thicker than 5mm from your smartphone before charging. It is also recommended to remove cases or covers even if they are 5mm thick or less, as charging may not work. Increasing case or cover thickness can reduce charging efficiency and make it more prone to overheating.
- Do not place metals or objects containing metal on this product. Also, if metal is present between this product and the smartphone during charging, the metal can heat up, potentially causing fire, burns, or malfunction.
- If any abnormalities such as smoke, strange odors, or overheating occur during use, immediately stop using the product and unplug the USB Type-C cable from the power source.
- Do not bring magnetic cards like cash cards, credit cards or contactless cards containing IC chips, passports, or driver's licenses close to this product, as data on the cards may be damaged.
