This plastic model assembly kit recreates the Japan Air Self-Defense Force training aircraft, T-4, at a 1/100 scale.
The kit includes parts for constructing one aircraft. When completed at 1/100 scale, the model measures approximately 130mm in length and has a wingspan of about 100mm, providing a pleasingly compact size.
The model accurately captures the compact dual-seat aircraft design, well known from the Blue Impulse, with a detailed expression of panel lines. It comes with a display stand, and you can choose to model the landing gear in either a landed or in-flight position.
This set models the aircraft operated by the Flight Development Experiment Unit deployed at Gifu Base. The distinctive long pitot tube mounted on the nose is realistically recreated with metal parts, bringing the unique aircraft to life.
