The Toyota SORA was first unveiled at the Tokyo Motor Show in October 2017 and began lease sales in March 2018. It was the first fuel cell bus in Japan to obtain Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism type certification (ZBC-MUM1NAE). The vehicle introduced to Tokushima Bus is the first of its kind in Shikoku.
Tokushima Bus Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture, operates a network extending from Higashikagawa City in Kagawa Prefecture to Katsura Town and Anan City in the south. Established in 1942 as a consolidated bus company, it celebrates its 82nd anniversary this year. The company operates from seven offices: Tokushima, Bandai, Kitajima, Naruto, Kamojima, Tachibana, and Komatsushima.
This is a 1/150 scale N gauge size model, pre-painted and fully assembled, with an open package. It includes the Bus Collection running system <BM-04>.
